The rules for using our software and services.

These Terms govern your use of aicommerce.co and its subdomains (the “Site”) and the software, consulting, agency and training services we offer (the “Services”). The Services are provided by AICOMMERCE GROUP – FZCO, IFZA Business Park, 56411-001, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (“AiCommerce”, “we”, “us”). If you sign a client agreement with us, that agreement governs your purchase and prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
By using the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Earnings Disclosure and our Guarantee Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
You must be at least 18. You buy the Services to start or operate a business, not for personal, family or household use. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
We may update or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for during an active term, we will tell you and work with you on a fair remedy.
We do not guarantee any revenue, profit or result within any timeframe. Where we publish customer results, we disclose the average results and their source in our Earnings Disclosure. Testimonials and case studies are exceptional, non-typical results. Your results depend on your skill, effort, capital, market conditions and other factors outside our control. You can lose some or all of the money you put into your business.
We may offer access to third-party financing (for example, Affirm) to pay the launch fee. Financing is an agreement directly between you and the lender; we are not a lender or broker and do not guarantee approval or terms. “Pay-as-you-profit” refers only to the success fee described in section 6. It does not apply to any amount you finance. If we approve a refund, it is paid to the lender and applied to your loan balance; interest or fees already paid may not be refundable under the lender’s terms. Otherwise, your obligation to repay the lender does not depend on your business results or satisfaction with the Services. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Our standard guarantee is a 120-day extended support guarantee with a refund path, as described in our Guarantee Terms. Your client agreement sets the exact terms for your package. Except as provided in your guarantee, your agreement or applicable law, fees are non-refundable once access to the Services has been granted, because our materials are digital and delivered immediately.
If you have a billing problem, contact support@aicommerce.co first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized and received Services for may be treated as a breach of these Terms. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge you believe is unauthorized or incorrect.
You are responsible for your business decisions, ad budgets, products, customer service obligations, refunds to your customers, taxes, and compliance with laws and platform policies (including Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify). You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
Keep your login credentials confidential and don’t share access. We may suspend accounts that share credentials, violate these Terms, or put our systems or other users at risk.
We own the Site, software, courses and materials. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own business during your term. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or use them to train or teach others.
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to use it to provide the Services. We will only publish your name, likeness, results or testimonial with your consent, which you can withdraw for future use at any time by emailing support@aicommerce.co.
The Services connect to third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok and payment providers). Their terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, policy enforcement or account restrictions.
The AI Commerce Suite TikTok application (“the App”) is a software tool operated by AICOMMERCE GROUP – FZCO that enables users to create AI-generated video advertisements and publish them directly to their TikTok accounts via the TikTok Content Posting API.
When you connect your TikTok account through the App, you can:
Generate AI-powered video advertisements within the AI Commerce Suite platform
Preview video content before publishing
Publish video content directly to your connected TikTok profile
Select privacy settings, interaction controls (comments, duet, stitch), and content disclosure options for each post
Content is only published to your TikTok account after you have expressly reviewed and authorized the upload. You retain full ownership of all creative content generated through the App.
By connecting your TikTok account, you grant the App permission to:
Access your TikTok username, display name, and profile avatar (for display within the App interface)
Publish video content to your TikTok profile on your behalf (using the video.publish scope)
The App does not access or collect:
Your TikTok analytics or performance metrics
Your ad spend data or advertising account information
Your followers list, direct messages, or personal information beyond what is listed above
When you connect your TikTok account, the App stores:
Your TikTok open ID and access token (required to publish content on your behalf)
Your TikTok display name and avatar URL (for display purposes within the App)
This data is stored securely and is used solely to provide the App’s publishing functionality. We do not sell, share, or provide your TikTok data to any third party.
Your TikTok account data is retained only for as long as your account remains connected to the App. You may request deletion of your TikTok-related data at any time by contacting us at support@aicommerce.co. Upon receiving a deletion request, or upon disconnection of your TikTok account, we will delete your stored TikTok access tokens and associated data within 30 days.
You may disconnect your TikTok account from the App at any time through your account settings. You may also revoke access directly through TikTok’s settings at Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions. Upon disconnection, the App will no longer be able to post content to your TikTok account, and your stored credentials will be deleted.
You have full control over what content is published to your TikTok account
No content will be posted without your explicit review and consent
You may set the privacy level, enable or disable comments, duets, and stitches for each post
You may disconnect the App at any time
Your use of the App in connection with TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, and TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and TikTok’s terms, TikTok’s terms shall prevail with respect to your use of TikTok’s platform.
The App is provided “as is.” While we take reasonable measures to ensure the App functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publishing of content, or the availability of TikTok’s API. We are not liable for any content that is rejected, removed, or restricted by TikTok after publishing, or for any changes to TikTok’s platform or API that may affect the App’s functionality.
All other terms, conditions, limitations of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification provisions described elsewhere in these Terms of Service apply to your use of the App.
Except as expressly stated in your agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your business, your products, your ads, your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by your agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction set out in your client agreement or, if none, the courts of Dubai, UAE. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer or other protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a signed agreement.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any client agreement, are the entire agreement on their subject.
