We rely on: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests (running and improving our business, security, direct marketing to business contacts where permitted); consent (marketing where required, non-essential cookies, testimonials); and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
We email you about our Services if you opt in or, where permitted, if you are an existing customer or business contact. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We only call or text you with automated technology if you gave express consent on the form where you provided your number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies and pixels deployed through our Google Tag Manager containers, including Google and Meta advertising tools. These let us measure visits and show our ads to people who visited our site or joined our lists, including by uploading hashed contact details to ad platforms for custom audiences. You can manage cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner where shown. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of “sharing” for targeted advertising where required by law.
If you choose to apply for financing, your application is handled by the lender (for example, Affirm) under its own privacy policy. On certain pages, we offer a credit pre-qualification. Where we do, it is clearly disclosed on that page, and you authorize it there before you submit your details. It is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. We do not run a credit pre-qualification or obtain a credit report about you from any form where it is not disclosed in this way.
We do not sell your personal data for money. Under some US state laws, using advertising cookies may count as “sharing” or “selling”; you can opt out as described in section 11.
AI Commerce Suite Application. This Privacy Policy also applies to the “AI Commerce Suite” TikTok application (“the App”). When you connect your TikTok account through the App, we may access your basic profile information and publish advertising campaigns on your behalf. We only access the permissions you explicitly authorize (user info, video upload, and video publish). We do not access your TikTok analytics or ad account data. We do not sell your TikTok account data to third parties.
We are based in the UAE and use providers in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer EEA/UK personal data to countries without an adequacy decision, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) or another lawful mechanism.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, UAE PDPL and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to opt out of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing”, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@aicommerce.co with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law (generally 30 days, or 45 days under the CCPA). You may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: generally for the life of your account or engagement plus up to 6 years for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure.
Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we process your customers’ personal data on your behalf (for example, in your connected store), we act as your processor under the data processing terms in your client agreement, available on request.
We will post updates here with a new “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes.
