Here’s how this works:

There’s a $17,500 set-up fee paid in two installments that covers 90 days of service.**

1. First $8,750 is due day 1.
   1. We start with an initial business plan call.
   2. Then we get to work, pick a niche, create a brand image, research products and start putting everything together including the store & it’s plug-ins.
2. Second $8,750 is due when the store is built (2-4 week timeframe).
   1. As soon as the store is done, we start running paid ads (starting with Meta Ads).
   2. We recommend at least $100/day for ad spend to test products in the beginning. The higher the spend, the faster we can gather data and iterate based on it.
   3. The investor is responsible for providing the ad spend.
3. Profits are split in a 70/30 fashion — in favor of the client. Our done-for-you service fee is $6,000/mo against 30% of the NET profits; whichever number is higher.
   1. Our fee covers a completely done-for-you acquisition and fulfillment service (marketing, sales, product research, product fulfillment and customer support).
   2. This excludes legal, accounting, tax compliance and other departments.
   3. The client typically owns the company asset where we either take equity or sign a profit sharing agreement.
